Anna Muth

Managing Director

Anna Muth, Managing Director, is one of the most integral members of our leadership team. Anna is responsible for developing and implementing French Consulting’s business plans as well as executing and improving existing business strategies.

Anna’s extensive knowledge and experience working in US Government Contracting, includes, but is not limited to: operations analysis, data processing, statistics & economics. She is an expert in supporting USAREUR and USAFE personnel to obtain: DOCPER, SOFA, Logistical Support, Passports, Visas, and work permits. She also ensures compliance with immigration & foreign tax and labor regulations in numerous countries, to include the United States of America and multiple countries within the European Union.

Anna previously served as the Business Director for nearly 5 years, where she directly managed our Human Resources and Finance Departments. As a dedicated International Human Resources professional with 8 years of broad HR and management experience, Anna’s knowledge encompasses HR strategy and operations, talent acquisition and retention, credentialing and benefits administration, cultural diversity, performance management, policies and procedures, employee relations, and lastly, payroll and legal compliance.

Anna’s strong background in finance, accounting, auditing, taxes and budgeting ensures successful and seamless management of day-to-day operations. She continues to provide oversight and training to assist and support Program Managers and Quality Control Technical Experts

Anna, fluent in both German and English, is originally from Sinsheim, Germany. She became the company’s Business Manager in 2014 and was promoted again to Business Director in 2017. Anna earned her Prokurist status in 2018 and currently holds a seat on French Consulting’s Board of Directors as Managing Director.

Markus Heinrich

Director of Business Development

Meet Markus, who brings more than 30 years of experience expertise in Proposal, Capture, Strategy, and Business Development within the defense and aerospace industry sectors.

Holding a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from Marquette University, Markus joined our team in 2023. His extensive experience spans across various sizes of companies, from large corporations to smaller firms.

As a dual citizen and long-time resident of Germany having lived and worked in three countries, Markus offers a valuable transatlantic and global perspective, with an understanding of global defense sustainment requirements and strategies.

Joseph Kurr

General Counsel & Director of Business Operations

Meet Joseph, who brings more than 30 years of contracting and legal experience within the defense, IT, and aerospace industry sectors. Serving as the company’s General Counsel and Director of Business Operations, Joseph has also held roles of increasing responsibility in the public and private sector including 3M, Fluor, Aurora Flight Sciences and Vectrus/V2X.

Joseph earned a Juris Doctorate at the University of Minnesota Law School, an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Minnesota’s Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs. A former US Coast Guard Officer, Joseph holds a B.S. in Business Management from the US Coast Guard Academy.
